I'm sure you know it by now. It makes sense to post your article to several article directories. Easier said than done, right? It can be time consuming and mind numbing. Drudgery.
Yes, you could elect to get article submission software. But, most lack key
features, are buggy, unproven, leave a print that tells the article directories that you're one of those mass spammers, cumbersome, etc.
Yet despite all these limitations, those article submitters cost an arm and a leg.
However, it doesn't have to be that way. And, it doesn't have to cost a single penny...
Introducing a FREE
way to dramatically speed up the process of
submitting articles... and make it all much easier.
It's important to realize that article directories want to think you're only submitting a given article to them, and THEM ALONE. Article directory submission software fails you in this regard. It reeks of an automated robot poster haphazardly spewing articles here, there and everywhere. But, again, the article directories want to think they're getting UNIQUE articles that won't be posted everywhere else.
Let's cater to their desires.
And, there is a better and FREE way to do it.
A way that says to the article directory: "Your directory is the only one I'm submitting this article to!"
Instead of using article submission software (that pretty much just creates
problems), use NO cost
form filling software to submit articles.
Form fill software takes your pre-supplied info and instantly pastes it into the form you want filled in, instantly.
You can change this info anytime.
In addition to standard fields (name, address, website, etc.), you can create custom fields.
Custom Fields
Don't let the jargon, custom fields, intimidate you. It's simple. Visit an article directory and see what information they require for you to submit an article. Make a list. Those are the custom fields. For example, article directory sites want you to provide the article, title, description, etc. Instead of typing or pasting in that every time, etc. you simply do it once.
Simply create a custom field (e.g., title). Then, in the space (representing the data value) next to it (in Roboform's form fill tool), type in the title of the article. Then create the next custom field on your list, say Article Description. Then in the space next to it, you type/paste in the description.
Now, the next time you visit an article directory's article submission form, you simply click the form fill software's Fill Form button and the page will be filled in with your PRE-supplied info, INSTANTLY. You can override any listed data, if you wish.
Click the page's submit button and you're done.
Or, you can elect to have the form AUTOMATICALLY filled in and submitted (without you having to click a link). You simply visit the submission page and the form tool does the rest.
What If You Have Multiple Sites Or Blogs?
With Roboform you can set up different IDENTITIES. Say you have different sites with different info (url, email address, etc.). Just create an IDENTITY for each by clicking the proper button (easy).

List Of Article Directories
Now, you just need to get a list of article directories. That's easy enough. Click this link to see a list of the top article directories based on traffic, page rank and quality. In most cases, each link will take you straight to the article submission form. Then just click Roboform's button and you're done. Or, set it up to be done automatically.
You'll need to register with the directories, first. I recommend you register with all of them at once before you start submitting articles.
In most cases, your email address will become your user name. Anytime you are required to create a username other than your email address, it might be helpful to supply a name related to the site in question. And, tack on a number combination to ensure it's unique. You don't want to have to use different user names for each site. For example, if you have a car site, set up a user name of car009. If you were to just use car, odds are it's taken already. Or, if not, you have car for that article directory but would have to ultimately change it. You'd rather keep using the same id for the same site.
Use a different email address for each site/blog you have.
